By using Omnimarket, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All markets are speculative and outcomes are uncertain
• You may lose some or all of your deposited funds
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Market liquidity may vary and affect your ability to enter or exit positions
• Smart contract risks exist, including potential bugs or exploits
• Blockchain network congestion may delay transactions
• Omnimarket makes no guarantees of accuracy, liquidity, or profitability

5. Non-Custodial Service

Omnimarket is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys. All assets remain in your self-custodied wallet at all times. You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Maintaining access to your authentication credentials
• All transactions initiated from your wallet
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet

Omnimarket cannot recover lost funds, reverse transactions, or restore access to lost wallets.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without authorization
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing

7. Market Resolution

Markets on Omnimarket are resolved based on Polymarket's resolution mechanisms. Omnimarket does not control or influence market outcomes. Resolution disputes are handled according to Polymarket's policies. By participating, you agree to accept the final resolution as determined by the underlying smart contracts.

Trading on Omnimarket may incur fees, including but not limited to:

• Blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees)
• Trading fees charged by liquidity providers
• Spread costs between buy and sell prices

Fees are subject to change based on network conditions and market dynamics. You are responsible for all fees associated with your transactions.

Omnimarket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of market data or odds
• Availability of specific markets or liquidity
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Protection against all security threats

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnimarket and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omnimarket and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your trading activities and market participation

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Risk to Platform security or integrity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Termination does not affect your on-chain positions or wallet holdings.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
